I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall, with a warm welcome and a spacious room. The food at the restaurant was delightful, but the mattress could use improvement for better comfort. The shower took a while to heat up, which was a minor inconvenience. Still, the value for money is decent, and I'd consider returning for work purposes.

We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant with cooked-to-perfection rib eye steaks. However, my recent stay brought to light some issues, including a somewhat basic room with limited amenities and inconsistent water temperatures in the shower. Overall, while the ambiance and staff were great, some room fundamentals need improvement.

The suite I stayed in was spacious with a big bed and a comfortable sofa, perfect for relaxing. However, the bathroom was on the small side and could use some updates. The location was convenient for exploring Durham, Darlington, and Newcastle, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a good value for money, but the bathroom definitely needs improvement.
